| Gift certificates must be redeemed at our website, toward the purchase of products listed in selectcollect's online catalogue sold by selectcollect.co.uk. |
| The gift certificate cannot be used to pay for selectcollect.uk gift certificates. |
| The gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. |
| Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account. |
| If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. |
| Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. |
| The gift certificate can be applied to an open order by visiting the relevant Order Summary page in the "My Account" section of our website. |

| To protect against fraud any transaction using gift vourchers will place the credit amount on hold until the transaction is completed. Should the transaction fail or not be completed please contact us with all the details to correct the situation. |
